Description
xSpacious Rattan Daybed with Upholstered Cushions and Pillows, Red
Four pillows, counted and pictured on the maker's own size panel. Most daybeds at this price arrive with two and leave you buying the rest. These are described by the maker as waterproof, which is a claim worth attributing to them rather than repeating as fact.
4 pillows in the boxMaker calls them waterproof52 in by 61 inMetal foot pads
Red cushions on black weave, with four pillows rather than the usual two.
Counted on the panel
Four pillows, marked 4x beside the dimensions. The daybed itself is 52 in wide, 61 in deep and 27.5 in to the top of the back, with the cushions 2 in thick over the platform.
What the maker claims for them
Waterproof pillows, a stable structure and sturdy metal foot pads. All three are their descriptions rather than tested figures, and the foot pads are the one you can see for yourself at the corners.
Underneath it all
A flat woven platform in two sections with arms and a back built into the same weave. The front section is separate, so it slides forward as an ottoman when the daybed does not need to be a bed.
Red on black
The strongest colour offered on this frame and the cheapest of the five, which is worth knowing if colour is not the deciding factor. Against the black weave it stays warm rather than turning orange in sun.
Pillows, platform and frame
Four pillows
14.5 in square, counted on the maker's size panel.
Waterproof pillows
The manufacturer's own description of them.
52 in by 61 in
The full platform with both sections together.
Two sections
The front pulls away and becomes an ottoman.
Metal foot pads
At the corners, under the rattan frame.
22 in arms
On two sides, with a 27.5 in back behind.
2 in mattress cushions
Two of them, 58.5 in by 23.5 in each.
Black PE rattan
Woven over the platform, arms and back.

Frequently asked questions
Are the pillows really waterproof?
That is the maker's description on their own panel. No fabric, coating or rating is published, so we attribute the claim rather than repeat it as fact.
How many cushions come in total?
Two mattress cushions, back bolsters and four square pillows, according to the maker's size panel.
Does the front section come off?
It is a separate platform that slides forward. No connectors are listed between the two sections.
Why is this colour cheaper?
Pricing differs by colourway on this listing. The frame, dimensions and cushion count are the same.
