Thirty inches to the seat and 45.5 in to the top of the back. The maker marks these for bar tops of 40 in to 43 in, which leaves 10 in to 13 in of knee room. They are too tall for a 36 in kitchen counter.
Measured front and side
The seat is 16.5 in across, the back 16 in square and the base 18 in on the floor. Ten inches to the foot ring puts it 20 in below the seat, which is where your feet want it on a stool this tall.
Underneath the seat
