This item ships from either our Canadian or United States warehouse depending on stock at the time of order. Canadian stock arrives fastest; United States stock typically takes 8 to 14 business days with no customs charges or duties. Shipping is free on orders over $150 and a flat $18.90 below that, with tracking emailed as soon as your order leaves. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
