Shipping is free on orders over $150 and a flat $18.90 below that, with tracking emailed as soon as your order leaves. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
