A porch and a skylight
The upper condo has a ledge in front of its opening, so a cat can sit half in and half out of it. The lower one has a hole cut through the roof. Two different ways of solving the same problem, which is that a box with one small door and no view is a box a lot of cats will not use.
Raised edges on both perches
Both perches have soft fibre filled rims rather than flat plush over board. At 70 and 81 inches a cat is not going to relax on a bare ledge, and a raised edge to press into is the difference between a spot it inspects and a spot it sleeps on every afternoon.
