We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
At 25 inches tall this is one of the shortest cabinets in the category, low enough to sit under a window sill rather than beside it. Cooling is rated 8,000 BTU over 230 sq ft, with 300 cubic metres of air an hour and a 50 pint a day dry mode.
Most portable air conditioners stand 27 to 30 inches tall. Put one under a low window or beside a radiator cover and the top fouls the sill, so it ends up out in the room with the hose stretched across a walkway.
The cabinet is 25 inches tall on a 13 by 14.5 inch base, which clears most sills. The exhaust connection can then run straight up and out with a short hose rather than across the floor.

25 inches tall is unusually short for this category, where 27.5 inches is the norm. The base is 13 by 14.5 inches, so it is a slightly wider, lower box. That shape is easier to tuck against a wall under a window.
300 cubic metres an hour is the maximum air flow, which is what carries the cooled air away from the machine. Two fan speeds let you drop it back at night, and the manufacturer rates the whole unit at 56 dB.

Two fan speeds, three modes, sleep, a 24 hour timer, the temperature setting and the swing. The display sits behind a dark strip so it reads clearly from standing height, and the remote repeats every key.
Low enough to clear most window sills, on a 13 by 14.5 inch base.
The manufacturer quotes 230 sq ft or more for this capacity.

25 inches tall, which clears sills that a 27.5 inch unit fouls.
50 pints a day in dry mode is high for an 8,000 BTU machine.
Three modes, two fan speeds, sleep and a timer on a labelled panel with a matching remote.

Yes. The manufacturer's own specification gives the power supply as 110 to 120V at 60Hz, which is a standard household socket. That is worth confirming rather than assuming, because larger air conditioners in other categories often need a 208 to 230V circuit.
The manufacturer quotes 230 sq ft or more for this capacity. No seasonally adjusted SACC rating is published for this model, so treat the coverage as a guide and size down if the room has a lot of afternoon sun.
The suitable window size is 26.5 to 49.5 inches. Crank out casement windows need a panel cut to the opening, because the sliding kit supplied cannot seal against that frame.
The manufacturer rates it at 56 dB, which is a little below normal conversation at 60 dB. Sleep mode and the lower fan speed both bring it down.
