We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A grey cabinet rather than the usual white, carrying ETL and DOE marks, a child safety lock and an automatic cut-off when the internal tank fills. Cooling is rated 8,000 BTU ASHRAE and 5,300 BTU SACC over about 230 sq ft.
Portable air conditioners are almost always gloss white, and they sit in the open where nothing hides them. In a room with grey or dark furniture they read as an appliance parked in the living space.
Same machine, grey cabinet. The louvre, panel and handles are all in the same tone, so it sits against a grey sofa or a slate floor without drawing the eye.

The child lock disables the panel so a set point cannot be nudged. The tank cut-off stops the compressor before condensate can spill. Both marks on this image, ETL and DOE, are the manufacturer's own certifications for the model.
It eases the set temperature upward through the night so the compressor runs less as the room cools naturally. The unit is rated 55 dB or under, and the 1 to 24 hour timer can switch it off at a chosen hour rather than running until morning.

Castors to move it, a louvre that tips 90 degrees up and down and turns 60 degrees sideways, a drainage hole that takes the supplied hose, and a filter that pulls out for a rinse. Side handles give you something to lift by.
The same machine as the white version in a grey finish, panel and louvre included.
Rated by the maker to 230 sq ft, against the seasonally adjusted number.
Runs for moisture rather than temperature on a humid but mild afternoon.
Both marks appear on the manufacturer's own artwork for this model.
Freezes the touch panel. The remote can still reach it if you need to change something.

A grey cabinet blends into a grey or dark scheme rather than standing out against it.
Child lock on the panel and an automatic stop before the tank can overflow.
The maker's coverage figure, tied to the 5,300 BTU SACC rating rather than the lab number.

No. The capacity, modes, noise rating and accessories match the white version of the same model. Only the cabinet finish changes.
Condensate collects inside the unit. When it reaches the limit the machine stops cooling and signals instead of letting water escape. Connect the supplied 25.5 inch drain hose to the drainage hole and the water leaves continuously, so it never gets to that point.
The SACC figure, 5,300 BTU, and the 230 sq ft coverage that goes with it. ASHRAE 8,000 BTU is a fixed laboratory measurement and Danby notes it is generally the higher of the two numbers for the same unit.
No. The hose carries away the heat the unit has taken out of the room plus the heat the compressor makes. Venting it indoors leaves the room warmer than it started.
