Three things about the seat
A cover that unzips and goes in the wash, a soft padded cushion under it, and curved acacia armrests either side. The arms are the only wood on the chair, and they sit 25 in from the ground, which is under the 29 in tabletop so the chairs push in.
Three materials, one set
Hand woven PE wicker on the outside, solid acacia on the tabletop and the armrests, and a metal frame doing the structural work underneath both. The manufacturer's words for the combination are wear resistant, anti deformation and sun protective, none of which carries a published rating.
Shade through the middle

Yes. The armrests sit 25 in from the ground and the tabletop is 29 in high, so there is clearance for the arms when the chairs are pushed in.
What upkeep does the wood need?
The manufacturer asks that wood wax oil is applied regularly and that rain exposure is avoided. The oil is not included, and the cushions should come indoors when the weather turns.
