How much floor space does it need?
Two feet six inches across, so a clear patch of about three feet. Sizing guides suggest leaving around a foot above the tip for a topper, which puts a seven foot tree comfortably under a standard eight foot ceiling.
Is 700 tips enough at this height?
On a 2.5 foot frame, yes. A narrow tree has far less surface to cover than a four foot wide one, so 700 tips read as a full column rather than a sparse cone. Spreading every tip properly is what decides it.
Does it come with lights?
No. It is unlit, so the colour, the count and the spacing are yours, and a failed string in a later year never means replacing the tree.
