The numbers to measure against

Do the decorations really come with it?

Yes. The manufacturer's detail panel lists 30 golden balls, 30 red balls and a bow as part of the package, and the product photos show them fitted. The tree skirt and the wrapped gifts in the room photos are not included.

How much space does it take?

Three feet across at the arms and 7 feet tall, on a stand measuring 20 inches. That is a narrower footprint than a full profile fir of the same height, so it suits a corner or the end of a counter.

Does it come apart for storage?

Five sections. The arms and the body separate, which is how a 7 foot piece fits back into a box. Store it somewhere cool and dry rather than an unheated garage, which is the standard advice for any artificial tree.

Can I put my own ornaments on instead?

Yes. The included baubles hang on the ribs and can be taken off. Keep them light: the needles are PVC on a wire rib, not a heavy branch, so small ornaments sit better than big glass ones.
