Two doors, one box
The condo has an opening at each end and a soft mat inside. Two exits is the thing that persuades a wary cat into an enclosed space, and in a house with a dog it means the cat can leave by whichever side is not currently being stood in front of.
Plush over cotton, mat out
The top perch is a scalloped bowl of plush over thick cotton filling, and the mat inside lifts out for washing. It is the busiest surface on the whole tree, which is why having that one removable counts for more than any of the platforms below it.
A brush on the frame
