x60 Inch Solid Pear Wood Cat Tree with House Condo, Two Perches and Jute Posts
Real pear wood trunks carry this one, bark texture and knots included, so no two frames come out quite alike. Five places to be reach 60 inches over a square base of 27 by 27 inches, with a gabled wooden house partway up.

Natural pear wood branches under thick white plush, with a gabled wooden house set into the middle of the frame.
Levels at 18, 34, 49 and 60
Four surfaces with the house set among them, all standing on a square base of 27 by 27 inches. A square footprint is unusual on a tree this tall, and it is the better shape for one, because the frame resists a shove from any direction instead of only front to back.
No two frames match
The uprights are real pear wood trunks, so the grain, the knots and the short side branches differ from one tree to the next. That is the reason to buy this shape rather than a painted post. It also means the photographs here show one example and not the exact piece that will arrive at your door.
Two tops, not one
Most trees have a single best spot and a queue for it. This frame carries two plush perches near the top at different heights, along with two wide platforms and the house. In a two cat household that second perch is the thing that stops the whole tree belonging to whichever cat claimed it first.
Jute on the trunks, a rope to swing
The posts are wrapped in natural jute and a length of sisal rope hangs loose from the frame. The wrapped trunks do the real work, because a cat scratches where it is already standing. The hanging rope is play rather than claw care, and it is one of the few toys a cat will start on by itself.

Who is this perfect for?
Rooms you care about
Bare wood and white plush is the version of this object people will leave in a sitting room rather than push into a spare bedroom after a month.
Two cat households
Two top perches at different heights, two platforms and a closed house. Five places means the tree does not come down to a single contested spot.
Cats that want a roof
The house is walled on four sides with a gabled top and one doorway, which suits a cat that wants to watch the room from somewhere the room cannot see into.
