Frequently asked questions
Does it come with lights?
No. It is an unlit tree, so you add your own string. Health Canada advises looking for a CSA, cUL or cETL mark when buying light strings, and keeping indoor rated lights indoors.
Is it really six feet?
The manufacturer's graphic says 6 ft and its specification list says 5.9 ft measured from the floor to the tip. Both figures are the manufacturer's own.
Can it go outside?
The record suggests outdoor use, but no weather rating or outdoor certification is published for it, so we do not make that claim.
How many tips does it have?
650, with blades 2.4 inches wide. That is at the sparse end of the category, which is consistent with a 6.5 lb tree at this price.
