Your cat is too big for its own cat tree
What usually goes wrong
Condos on cat trees are sized for photographs, not for cats. A large cat squeezes into a 12 inch box, cannot turn round, and after a week it stops bothering and sleeps on the floor instead.
How this one answers it
The condo here is 18 inches wide, 16 deep and 12 high with an 8 inch doorway, so a full grown cat has room to turn and settle. Each layer carries a 33 lb rating, and an anti toppling device comes with it for the extra weight up top.
Cream plush throughout, with a padded tunnel, stepped platforms and a round rimmed bed at the top.
The condo is the reason to buy it
18 inches wide, 16 deep and 12 high. That is room for a full grown cat to turn round in, which is not true of the 12 inch boxes on most towers this size. The doorway is 8 inches.
A tunnel, not another shelf
The cylinder runs through the middle of the tower with a ball hanging inside it. A cat can lie in it, pass through it or sit in the mouth of it watching the room, which is three uses from one part.
The rest of the numbers
A 13.5 inch top perch with a 3 inch rim, small platforms at 9.5 by 9.5 inches and a tunnel about 7.5 inches across. Each layer is marked at 33 lb, and an anti toppling device comes in the box.

Who is this perfect for?
Larger cats
An 18 by 16 inch condo takes a cat that has grown out of the usual box. Depth matters more than height once a cat is past about 12 lb.
Cats that like tunnels
A padded cylinder with a ball inside gives an ambush spot on the climbing route, which is the kind of thing a young cat will use twenty times a day.
