We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Four feet of narrow cypress style foliage growing out of a 10.5 inch antique urn, so there is no wire stand to hide and no skirt to buy. The tree is unlit and 1.6 feet across at the widest branches.

Four feet tall including the urn, which itself is 7.5 inches square and 10.5 inches high, and 1.6 feet across at the widest branches. That is a genuinely slim tree: it stands in a doorway or beside a fireplace without taking the space in front of it.
The foliage is moulded PE in a flat cypress frond rather than the cut PVC needle most artificial trees use, which is why it hangs softly instead of bristling. A hundred tips is a modest count, but on a tree this narrow the fronds overlap enough to close the gaps.

The base is the reason to buy this shape. An antique style urn with iridescent panels and a raised pattern means there is nothing to cover up: no metal legs, no plastic disc, no tree skirt needed to make it look finished.
A hallway, an entrance, the side of a fireplace, the end of a counter. It reads as a planted tree rather than as a Christmas tree on a stand, which is why it does not look out of place before December or after it.

Height measured including the urn, on a very slim footprint.
Soft moulded PE fronds rather than cut PVC needles.
7.5 in square, 10.5 in high, with iridescent panels and a raised pattern.
No lights fitted, so a battery string and its colour are your choice.
Splits in half for setup and for storing in a smaller space.
One pair, for spreading the fronds without scratched hands.

At 1.6 feet across it takes about the floor of a plant pot, because that is effectively what it is. It suits any spot where a conventional tree would be in the way.
The urn is meant to be seen, so the base of the tree is finished from the moment it is up. Nothing has to be draped over a metal frame to make it presentable.

No. This is an unlit tree, and nothing in the manufacturer's record describes a light string, a controller or an adaptor. A short battery powered string is the usual answer on a tree this size, since there is no outlet needed.
With. The manufacturer's own drawing shows 4 ft from the floor to the top of the foliage, with the 10.5 inch urn included in that.
The maker describes the base as providing overall stability and it stands 10.5 inches high, which puts weight low down. No filled or weighted insert is described, so on an exposed doorstep treat it as a light object.
Softer and flatter. PE is moulded rather than cut, so each frond looks like a real cypress spray instead of a fringe of flat strips. It is the more realistic of the two materials at close range.
Two sections and the urn. Fit the upper section into the lower one and spread the fronds by hand. The gloves are there for that.
The maker lists entrances among its uses but publishes no weather or ingress rating, so we would keep it under cover. A covered porch is a reasonable risk; open weather is not.
