Not a loose one. The seat and back are woven in wide brown strips over a padding the maker calls quick drying foam. Nothing comes off and nothing needs carrying in.
Does the seat really dry quickly?
That is the maker's claim, and its own photograph shows water running through the foam. Open cell outdoor foam drains rather than soaking up water, which is why it is used in marine seating. We have not tested it.
How much weight will a chair take?

Will it wobble on paving?
The chairs have adjustable foot pads for uneven ground and a reinforced triangular structure at each side.
