Pink frames, a blackboard that hides under the top panel and a fabric drawer tucked under every seat.

Drawing on the walls
Chalk has to go somewhere
A child who wants to draw big will find a surface, and if there is not a proper one in the room it tends to be the wall or the floor.
A table sized blackboard
Flip the top panel and the whole 24.5 inch square becomes a chalkboard. Big enough to be satisfying, and it wipes clean.
Pink MDF with pink fabric drawers under each chair seat and a storage well under the table top. The manufacturer lists ASTM, CPSIA and CPC certification, adds a safety groove so the panel does not pinch fingers, and fits an anti falling baffle inside the well.
Chalk side up
The panel turns over to a full size blackboard with a groove along the edge to hold the chalk. Both the plain face and the board wipe clean with a damp cloth.
The measurements
A 24.5 inch square top at 19 inches high, chair seats at 10.5 inches, chair backs at 21 inches and fabric drawers of 10 by 9.5 by 5 inches.
The well underneath
Lift the panel out and the whole top becomes a tray. Toy food, bricks and train track live in there, and the panel goes back over the lot at bedtime.
