Description
x3 Piece Balcony Patio Furniture Set, 2 Rattan Armchairs Rated 400 lb and Two Tier Tempered Glass Side Table, Cream Cushions
A 400 lb rating on a chair this size is unusual, and it comes from a reinforced metal frame under the mix grey weave. Two armchairs, cream cushions with zipped covers, and a 17.5 inch table with a tempered glass top over a woven shelf.

Balcony chairs that feel like chairs
Seats you perch on
Most balcony seating is either a folding chair with a fabric sling or a low stool. Neither has a back that reaches your shoulders, so nobody sits in them for more than one coffee.
A 35 inch back and a 400 lb frame
These stand 35 in tall with the seat 16 in from the ground, which is normal chair height with a back that supports your shoulders. Each one is rated 400 lb over a reinforced metal frame.
Cream cushions keep a grey weave light, and every cover unzips when the summer starts to show on them.
The whole order
Two armchairs and one two tier table. Cream seat cushions, mix grey weave, and a tempered glass top on the table with a woven shelf below it. Each piece stands alone.
On a front porch
The two chairs set either side of the table against a railing, with towels and books on the shelf under the glass. That lower tier is what stops a small table disappearing under clutter within a week.
Chair and table, measured
Chair 22.5 in wide, 23 in deep, 35 in high, seat 19.5 in across and 16 in from the ground with a 2.5 in cushion. Table 17.5 in square and 19.5 in tall. Capacities printed at 400 lb, 100 lb and 80 lb.
What you actually get
400 lb per chair
Printed on the maker's dimension image, along with 100 lb for the tabletop and 80 lb for the shelf beneath it.
Table stores as well
Two tiers: a tempered glass top and a woven shelf under it, so books and a tray live below and the top stays clear.
Suction cups on the glass
Four cups hold the top down onto the frame. On a balcony that is what stops a light glass top creeping in the wind.
Zipped cushion covers
Each 2.5 in seat cushion has a cover that unzips and comes off, which is the only reliable way to dry one out.
Tall 35 in back
A 35 in overall height means the back reaches your shoulders rather than stopping at the middle of your spine.
Under five feet of width
Two 22.5 in chairs and a 17.5 in table sit inside about 5 ft, which is most of what a condo balcony gives you.

Who is this perfect for?
Condo balconies
Two chairs and a table inside about 5 ft of width, with a shelf under the glass for the things that would clutter it.
Front porches
A 35 in back and a 16 in seat height put this at normal chair height, so it works beside a door as well as facing a view.
First outdoor furniture
Two cushioned seats and a table with published load ratings, at the price most people expect to pay for a folding set.
What we stand behind
- Dimensions and the 400 lb, 100 lb and 80 lb capacities come from the manufacturer's own Product Dimensions image.
- The glass top is held by four suction cups, which is a published feature rather than something read off a photograph.
- The maker's own note asks you to avoid prolonged rain exposure. We print that rather than bury it.
- Ships from our United States warehouse, free shipping over $150, and 14 day returns unused in the original packaging.
- 14 day returns, unused and in the original packaging.
Frequently asked questions
Will cream cushions stay clean outdoors?
No stain rating is published, so we make no promise. The covers unzip, which is the whole reason a pale outdoor cushion is worth owning. Take them off and wash them rather than trying to clean them in place.
What weight will a chair take?
Four hundred pounds, printed on the manufacturer's dimension image. The rating comes from a reinforced metal frame inside the weave rather than from the rattan itself.
What happens when the cushions get wet?
A shower is fine, a wet week is not. Outdoor cushion guidance is consistent: once foam is soaked through it holds damp for days, and that is where mildew starts. Stand them on edge to drain after rain and put them away before a long wet spell.
Is the glass top fixed down?
Four suction cups hold the tempered top onto the frame. On a high balcony that matters: a loose glass top will creep in a gust, and these are there to stop it.
