We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
57 pints a day on the 2019 DOE test is the figure that matters here, and it puts this among the larger machines you can buy for a service space. The manufacturer rates it to 1,900 sq ft with 237 CFM of airflow, lists it as CSA certified, and builds it into a 14 inch tall steel and ABS cabinet that hangs from joists or stands on levelling feet.
Crawl spaces and unfinished basements are checked once a year, usually because something has already gone wrong. Stored boxes go soft, joists stay damp through the summer, and the first sign upstairs is a smell in a closet.
Set it once and it looks after itself. Auto mode holds a target anywhere from 20% to 90%, auto defrost keeps the coil clear in a cool space, and memory restart brings it back on the same settings after a power cut without anyone going down there.
This is the middle size in a three machine family, sitting between a 124 pint model rated to 1,300 sq ft and a 192 pint model rated to 2,600 sq ft. All three share the same 14 inch tall cabinet. What you are really buying with the step up is airflow and compressor capacity rather than a different shape.

Measure the clear height under your floor joists before anything else. This cabinet is 14 inches tall and 23 by 15 inches on plan, which is what lets it go where a household unit cannot. Hang it and it stays out of the dust and out of any standing water. Stand it and the four threaded levelling feet take up an uneven floor. At 79.5 lbs it is a two person lift either way.
The panel unplugs from the machine and runs on a 32.8 ft cable, so it can live on a wall by the hatch or in the utility room. From there you pick auto, continuous drying or sleep, set a target between 20% and 90%, and set a start or stop time within 24 hours. The reading on the screen is the humidity in the crawl space right now, which is the one number worth knowing.

Sheet metal and ABS with handles at both ends. The mesh filter pulls straight out for rinsing under a tap, which in a crawl space is the only maintenance it asks for and needs doing more often than it would upstairs. The levelling feet thread up and down to get the cabinet flat on rough concrete.
The manufacturer lists this model as CSA certified, which is the safety mark Canadian electrical inspectors recognise on a fixed or semi permanent installation.
155 pints a day at 95F and 90% RH, 140 at 86F and 80%, 80 at 80F and 60%, and 57 on the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%.
A crawl space has no circulation of its own, so the fan decides how much of the volume reaches the coil. The manufacturer rates coverage to 1,900 sq ft.
A wider band than a household unit offers. The low end is for drying construction moisture out of framing and concrete rather than day to day comfort.
The manufacturer states the auto defrost function is what allows low temperature operation. It clears frost off the coil instead of letting it choke the airflow.
Comes back on your settings after a power interruption, which is the difference between running all season and stopping in June.
A 9.8 ft hose is in the box for gravity drainage. There is also an interface for an external condensate pump, which is sold separately.
115V, 60Hz, 6.6A rated and 8.3A maximum, on a 9.2 ft cord. A standard grounded Canadian outlet on a circuit it does not share.

Ships from our Canadian or United States warehouse depending on where this item is stocked when you order. United States stock usually reaches Canada in 8 to 14 business days, with no customs charges or duties either way. Free shipping on orders over $150, a flat $18.90 below that, and tracking by email as soon as it leaves.
Return within 14 days of purchase, unused, in original condition and packaging.
Covered directly by the manufacturer under their warranty terms for material and manufacturing defects.

That is the manufacturer's ceiling, and it covers most single family footprints with room to spare. Pair it with a sealed vapour barrier for the best result.
58 dB does not matter in a space nobody sits in, and a metal cabinet copes better than a moulded household one.
Continuous drying runs without waiting for a target, and the 20% lower limit lets you pull construction moisture out of framing.
It is a compressor machine, helped by auto defrost. A crawl space that drops near 0C in winter needs a desiccant unit instead.

Both are real, at different test conditions. 155 pints a day is at 95F and 90% relative humidity. 57 pints is the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%, which the US Department of Energy adopted because it matches a cool basement or crawl space. This manufacturer also publishes 140 pints at 86F and 80% and 80 pints at 80F and 60%. Compare DOE figures when you shop.
No. The 9.8 ft hose in the box drains by gravity, so it needs somewhere lower than the machine to run to. The unit has an interface for an external condensate pump if your crawl space has no drain below it, and that pump is a separate purchase.
Auto defrost is what the manufacturer credits for low temperature operation, so it copes with a cool crawl space better than a household unit. It is still a compressor machine, and below roughly 5C any compressor dehumidifier spends more of its time defrosting than removing water. In a space that freezes, a desiccant machine is the correct type.
CSA is the Canadian safety certification mark for electrical products. The manufacturer lists this model as CSA certified, which is worth having on a machine that will be semi permanently installed in a service space. It is a safety mark, not a performance rating.
