We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Moulded plastic over a metal frame, 55.5 lbs, with a folding push and pull handle, two wheels and a shell that stacks. Inside is a condensate pump that lifts water up to 16.5 ft, and a compressor rated at 140 pints a day at 95F and 90% RH, or 50 pints on the 2019 DOE test. The manufacturer's working range is 41F to 89.6F.
A tank that fills every eight hours in a wet basement means three trips a day up a set of stairs. After the first week the machine sits switched off with a full tank, and the room goes back to what it was.
There is no tank. A condensate pump inside the cabinet sends the water out through the 16.5 ft hose, up to 16.5 ft above the machine. Set it once, run the hose to a sink or a window well, and the only thing you touch is the filter.
Red and black, 22 by 12 by 18 inches, with the cord and hose stowed in the well on top so nothing trails when you lift it. Two modes, auto and continuous, a 24 hour timer and a humidity target anywhere from 30% to 80%. It arrives needing light assembly and draws 500W from an ordinary household outlet.

The hose reaches 16.5 ft. The pump lifts 16.5 ft. Between them they decide whether a spot in your basement is workable, and the answer is usually yes: a laundry tub at the top of a short flight, a standpipe, a toilet, or a run out through a window well. Measure both the distance and the rise before you decide where the machine stands. Pump drainage switches on with a three second press of the timer button.
The big figure is the humidity the machine is reading in the room right now, not the target. SETTING changes the target between 30% and 80%. MODE swaps auto for continuous. TIMER sets a start or stop within 24 hours, and holding it for three seconds turns the pump on, which is when the PUMP label lights. Holding MODE for three seconds locks the panel against curious hands.

This is the part nobody thinks about in June. A household dehumidifier spends three quarters of the year in the way. The shell on this one is shaped to nest into the top of another unit, so it stacks flat against a garage wall, and a contractor running several can get a van load in without a trailer.
Overload protection looks after the compressor. Overflow protection stops water going where it should not. Memory restart is the quiet hero: after a power cut the machine comes back on your settings instead of waiting to be pressed. Auto defrost clears frost off the coil, which is what a compressor machine needs once the room drops toward the bottom of its 41F to 89.6F range.

The condensate pump moves water up to 16.5 ft, so it can drain uphill. Nothing is collected and nothing has to be carried.
140 pints a day at 95F and 90% RH, 110 pints at 86F and 80%, and 50 pints on the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%.
Enough air movement to work across a large space rather than only in front of itself. The manufacturer rates coverage to 1,800 sq ft.
Clears ice off the coil in a cool room. Without it a compressor machine in a 50F basement gradually stops moving air.
Comes back on your own settings after a power interruption, which matters in a space nobody checks daily.
A three second press of MODE locks the panel so the settings stay where you put them.
Both stow in the well on top of the machine. The handles are moulded into the shell and the push and pull handle folds flat.

The 16.5 ft lift covers the rise from a basement floor to a laundry sink or a window well, which is the situation a gravity hose cannot solve.
Holding humidity down is what keeps surface rust off tool tables and blades. The metal and ABS shell copes with the environment better than a household cabinet.
If your last dehumidifier ended up switched off with a full tank, the pump is the fix. Memory restart means a power cut does not end the run either.
This is a compressor machine and the published range starts at 41F. An unheated space that drops toward freezing needs a desiccant unit instead.

Up to 16.5 ft above the machine, along a hose that is also 16.5 ft long. Measure both before you choose a spot: the rise from the floor to your sink or window, and the distance across the room. If there happens to be a floor drain lower than the unit, the same hose will drain by gravity with the pump switched off.
They are the same machine at two test conditions. 140 pints a day is at 95F and 90% relative humidity. 50 pints is the 2019 DOE test, which the US Department of Energy moved to 65F and 60% because it reflects a basement rather than a tropical day. ENERGY STAR publishes a conversion guide showing the same shift across the industry. Compare DOE figures between models.
Health Canada advises keeping relative humidity in a home between 30% and 50%, and running a dehumidifier in damp areas such as basements or when moisture condenses on cold surfaces like window panes. This unit sets anywhere from 30% to 80%, so a target around 45% to 50% is a sensible place to start.
It is built for it: overload protection, overflow protection, auto defrost and memory restart after a power cut, plus a 24 hour timer and a child lock. Use the pump drain rather than a tank so there is nothing to overflow, check the filter before you go, and make sure the discharge hose is secured at the far end.
