Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A compact 33 in quad in black and white with a 14.5 in seat, dual 15 W motors and a published speed range of 3 to 7 mph. That upper figure is well above walking pace, so read it before buying for a three year old. The manufacturer also publishes a 66 lb weight capacity and a 15 degree climbing angle.
Take a ride-on to a beach or a sandpit and it digs a hole. Most manufacturers leave sand off their surface lists entirely, which tells you what usually happens.
The maker names six surfaces for this quad: asphalt, wooden floors, cement, brick, short grassland and shallow sandy soil. Shallow is the word that matters, and it is theirs. Dual 15 W motors and a 15 degree climbing angle are what makes the list possible.
Black and white with red flashes, on four chunky wheels and a low, flat seat.

A 12 V 4.5 Ah battery, two 15 W motors and a published speed range of 3 to 7 mph. That top figure is a jog rather than a walk, and it is the single most important thing to know about this quad.
Asphalt, a wooden floor, cement, brick, short grassland and shallow sandy soil. Independent terrain guides warn that grass over three or four inches wraps around axles, so short is the operative word there too.

33 in long, 20 in wide and 21 in tall, with a 14.5 in seat. That is compact for a quad, which is what makes a three year old able to get on it without help. The capacity is 66 lb.
A one touch start foot pedal, a battery level display, a USB port, a light switch, song controls, a wireless connection and a reverse, stop and forward selector. There is no speed selector in that list and none is published.

On a 12 V 4.5 Ah battery, with a published range of 3 to 7 mph.
The manufacturer's own figure, roughly a one in four slope.
Published with an age of 3 years and up on the maker's dimension panel.
A readout on the control panel showing how much charge is left.
A three position selector, with a one touch start foot pedal.
A USB port, a wireless connection, song controls, volume and bright LED headlights.

Shallow sandy soil is on the maker's own list, which is unusual and is the reason to pick this quad over a smoother running one.
7 mph at the top of the published range is quick. A child who already rides a slower quad will handle it better than a first timer.
A 15 degree climbing angle covers a normal sloped driveway. Steeper than that is a push.

It is quicker than an adult walks. The manufacturer publishes 3 to 7 mph and states the quad suits children aged 3 and up. There is no parental remote and no published speed selector, so the child controls the pace. Most parents will want an older or more confident rider, a helmet, and a flat, clear space.
None is published. The control panel lists a start switch, a foot pedal and a reverse, stop and forward selector, with no speed setting among them. If a speed limiter matters to you, choose a model that lists one.
The maker names shallow sandy soil among its six surfaces, which is more than most ride-ons claim. Shallow is their word. Deep, dry sand will stop any toy of this size.
The quad is 33 in long with a 14.5 in seat and a 66 lb weight capacity, and the maker states 3 years and up. The small seat suits the younger end of that better than the older.
15 degrees, published by the manufacturer, which is about a one in four rise.
