Description
x12V Kids Electric Go Kart with Detachable Toy Mop, 10 Cloths, Parent Remote and Emergency Brake, Ages 2 to 5, Blue
A low blue kart, 31 in long and only 14 in tall, with a mop head that clips underneath and ten disposable cloths in the box. The manufacturer is clear that the mop is a toy rather than a cleaning tool, and asks for it to be removed outdoors. Published figures are 1.2 to 2.5 mph, a 66 lb capacity and an age range of 2 to 5.

Helping usually means getting in the way
Small children want to do whatever the adult is doing. Hand them a real mop and you get a wet floor, a soaked sleeve and a job that takes twice as long.
A kart with a mop head of its own
This one clips a mop under the back and comes with ten disposable cloths. The maker calls it more of a toy than a cleaning tool, which is the honest description. The child drives their own lap of the kitchen while you do yours.
Sky blue with a white racing number on the flank.
The mop and its cloths
The mop head sits under the tail of the kart and the cloths press on. Ten come in the box and they change in a second. It is a play version of a job, not a way to clean a floor.
Small, slow and low
31 in long, 18 in wide and 14 in tall, with a 66 lb capacity, an age range of 2 to 5 and a top speed of 2.5 mph. Every one of those numbers points the same way: a toy for indoors and for very young children.
What the adult holds
Three speeds, an emergency brake and full steering on the handset. For a two year old that is the main control, with the child's own wheel and pedal as the thing they grow into.
The wheels underneath
Anti-rollover front wheels, a rubber drive wheel and universal castors at the back. The rubber drive wheel is the one that matters on a tiled kitchen floor, since it grips where hard plastic would spin.

Who is this perfect for?
Two and three year olds
A low body, a slow top speed and a remote in an adult's hand. The maker's range starts at 2, which is early for a powered kart.
Indoor floors
The rubber drive wheel and the low height suit a kitchen or a hallway. Take the mop off before it goes outside.
Children who copy everything
The cleaning mode is a game rather than a chore, and it is why this kart gets picked over a plain one.
What we stand behind
- The 66 lb capacity, the 2 to 5 year age range, the speed range, the motor and the dimensions are all the manufacturer's published figures.
- The manufacturer describes the mop as more of a toy than a cleaning tool. We repeat that rather than suggesting it cleans a floor.
- The maker asks for the mop to be removed before outdoor use, and we pass that on.
- The manufacturer states compliance with ASTM and CPSIA. No certificate number is published, so none is quoted.
- A toy for supervised play. Never on a road, a sidewalk or a bike path.
Frequently asked questions
Does the mop actually clean?
Not really, and the manufacturer says so plainly: it is more of a toy than a cleaning tool. Ten disposable cloths come with it and they press on and off easily, which is what makes the game work.
Can it be used outside?
Yes, but the maker asks for the mop to be taken off first. Grit picked up outdoors is what ruins both the cloths and whatever floor it goes back onto.
Is two years old old enough?
That is the manufacturer's stated starting age. The top speed is 2.5 mph and the adult has three speed settings and an emergency brake on the remote, which is how a toy works at that age.
What is the weight limit?
66 lb, published by the manufacturer, against an age range of 2 to 5 years.
How does it grip a tiled floor?
There is one rubber drive wheel, with anti-rollover wheels at the front and universal castors at the back. Rubber is what gives it traction where hard plastic would spin.
