We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Chasing the sun usually means dragging the furniture. This brown canopy swings instead: release the collar on the post and the full 10 foot cover turns right around while the base stays where it is. Eight metal ribs, a 1.9 inch pole, 32 solar LED beads along the ribs and a vent cut into the crown.
The sun tracks across the yard all afternoon. A shade that cannot move means somebody is always in the light, and the usual fix is shoving chairs and the table across the deck to keep up with it.
The post carries the canopy on a collar that unlocks with one hand. Turn the canopy to where the light has gone and lock it. Ten feet of cover, roughly 78 square feet of it, ends up back over the seats without anybody lifting a chair.
Brown reads warmer against wood and stone than the grey and navy in this line, and the hardware underneath is the same.

Three studio views in one frame. Open on the cross base, seen from above, and folded down against the post. Look at the arm: it rises from the post and curves out, which is what puts the canopy over your furniture instead of over the base. The bags at the foot are what hold it all down.
On a terrace the canopy covers a whole corner sofa, which is roughly what 78 square feet buys you. The post stands clear of the seating. Headroom is 6.2 feet at the rim and 8 feet at the crown, so it sits low enough to feel sheltered and high enough to walk under near the middle.

The night panel calls out the three parts of the lighting. Thirty two beads along the ribs, the solar panel sitting on the arm above the canopy, and a switch on the post. Nothing plugs in. On a dull week the charge is shorter, which is how solar lighting works everywhere.
This is the mechanism in close up. A collar on the post unlocks, you hold the post and turn, and the canopy rotates to any point of the compass. Lock it again and it stays. It is a simple piece of hardware, and it is the one that makes the afternoon work.

A 10 foot canopy throws roughly 78 sq ft of cover, enough for a six seat table or a pair of loungers, with none of it lost to a centre pole.
Release the locking collar on the post, swing the canopy where the sun has gone, and lock it again. The base never moves.
Beads run along every rib, fed by a panel on the arm. A switch on the post turns them on, so nothing is wired and nothing trails.
Eight ribs carry the canopy on a 1.9 inch metal pole, the pair of figures that decide whether a big cover holds its shape.
The vent at the top of the canopy lets a gust pass up through the fabric rather than shoving the whole umbrella.
The cross frame is 36 inches square and takes four bags of 23.5 by 8 by 4 inches, filled on site with sand or gravel.
Wind it open, wind it shut, then strap the folded canopy so it is not flapping against the post all week.
The rim sits 6.2 feet up and the crown 8 feet, so people pass under the middle easily and duck slightly at the edge.

If your table has no hole in the middle, this is the style that shades it. The post parks on the paving beside the chairs.
Two loungers fit under 78 square feet of cover with room to spare, and the post stays well out of the walkway.
Thirty two LED beads charged by the day's sun keep the table lit long after the barbecue is off, with no cord run out.

Ten feet across, about 78 square feet of shade. The rim is 6.2 feet from the ground and the crown 8 feet, so the middle is comfortable to stand under and the outer edge is head height for a tall adult. Set the post on the side people are not walking past.
The manufacturer's dimension drawing lists the 36 inch cross frame and four fillable weight bags of 23.5 by 8 by 4 inches as part of the product, and the same base appears under the umbrella in every photograph. The listing text does not spell it out in words, so if the base is the deciding factor for your order, check with us before you buy. Fill the bags on site with sand or gravel; they are far easier to carry empty.
Rotation is what this model publishes: a full 360 degrees on the locking collar. No tilt angle is stated anywhere in the record, so we are not claiming one. If you want a canopy that also leans over, look at the models in this range that list a tilt setting.
Crank it closed, wrap the fixing strap round the folded canopy and let the fabric dry right through first. Canadian care guides are consistent that snow load bends ribs and trapped damp starts mildew, so an umbrella packed away wet is the one that does not survive the season.
