Wood with a slatted headboard and a solid panelled footboard, over eight plywood slats and solid support legs.
Seventy nine and a half by forty two
For a Twin mattress on a 76 by 39 inch deck. The headboard reaches 33.5 inches, low enough to sit under a window, and the deck stands 16 inches off the floor with a full foot clear beneath it.
Twelve inches under a Twin
That is a lot of usable floor to recover in a small bedroom. A case lies flat, baskets stand up, and a robot vacuum crosses between the legs without catching.
Eight slats and solid legs
Eight plywood slats over solid wood legs carrying a published 440 lb. The headboard is slatted and the footboard is a solid panel, which is what stops bedding sliding off the end.
