What usually goes wrong
Everything on this bed runs off one five foot cord: the outlets, the USB ports and the LED strip. Five feet is not far once the bed is against a wall.
How this one answers it
Measure from the head corner of the bed to the nearest socket before ordering. If it is more than five feet, plan where an extension will run before the frame goes together, because the cord comes out at the headboard.

The deck is 39 inches across for a Twin mattress and the frame runs 81.5 inches long. The headboard reaches 39.5 inches and the side rail sits 13.5 inches off the floor, which is where the drawers live.
A pegboard in the headboard
Above the upholstered panel sits a shelf and a perforated metal board. Hooks, small shelves and cable clips go wherever you want them, which on a teenager's bed is the part that gets used most.
Two ways to control it
A remote for colour and brightness, an app for microphone and music modes and a timer. The strip runs along the headboard and under the frame, so the light spills onto the floor rather than into your eyes.
