The problem this solves
What usually goes wrong
The written description for this white bed twice calls the finish walnut and describes a walnut headboard, while the title, the specification line and every photograph say white.
How this one answers it
The photographs and the colour line are correct: this is the white version. The walnut wording was carried over from the other finish of the same frame and has not been corrected, so ignore it and buy on the pictures.
Wood with a slatted headboard and a solid panelled footboard, over eight plywood slats and solid support legs.
Eighty four and a half by sixty four
For a Queen mattress of 60 by 80 inches on an 81 by 61 inch deck. The headboard reaches 33.5 inches, which is low enough to sit under a window, and there are 12 inches of clear floor underneath.
A foot under a Queen
The largest single storage space most bedrooms have, and 12 inches makes it usable rather than a gap. Baskets, cases and seasonal bedding all fit, with only solid wood legs in the way.
Eight slats and a centre support
Eight plywood slats across a 61 inch deck with solid support beneath them, carrying a published 440 lb. The mattress goes straight on top, so there is no box spring to buy.
