Description
xQueen Linen Platform Bed with Button Tufted Wingback Headboard, Blue
Sixty seven inches wide is the number on this one, seven more than the Queen mattress inside it, because the wings stand out past the rails at both shoulders. The record also asks for a mattress twelve inches thick or more.

The problem this solves
What usually goes wrong
Wingback beds are measured by the mattress they hold, so a Queen gets planned into a 62 inch gap and arrives seven inches wider than that.
How this one answers it
Sixty seven inches is published here and stated first. Tape that width onto the floor before ordering, including the swing of any door beside the bed, and the wings stop being a surprise.
Blue linen with a rhombus tufted wingback headboard, solid wood legs and adjustable pads underneath.
Sixty seven inches across
The frame is 81 inches long but 67 wide, because the wings at each shoulder stand outside the side rails. That is the measurement to take against a wall, a wardrobe door or a radiator, not the 60 inches of the mattress.
Ten slats on solid wood
Ten reinforced wooden slats across the frame on solid wood legs, each with an adjustable foot pad. The published capacity is 550 lb for the Queen and the frame itself weighs 64.5 lb.
A mattress twelve inches or more
The record gives a minimum rather than a maximum here. Twelve inches is a deep mattress, and with the rail at 12 inches and a 41 inch headboard it is what the proportions were drawn around.

Rooms with space to spare
Sixty seven inches of width needs planning, especially beside a door that swings inward.
People who read in bed
Wings at both shoulders that keep the pillows from sliding sideways.
