xOptimum 100% Casein provides slow, steady protein release to help reduce overnight muscle breakdown and support recovery when you go longer without food. Micellar casein digests more slowly than whey, feeding muscles for hours.
Each serving delivers 24g of quality protein with minimal sugar and fat, making it an excellent option for cutting phases, lean-mass maintenance, or simply curbing late-night hunger.
