Lying face down on a flat lounger means turning your head to one side for an hour. You get up with a crick in your neck and a mark on your cheek.
A hole for your face
The head end of this chair has an opening with a horseshoe pillow around it, so your face points straight down and your neck stays neutral. A flap closes the hole when you roll over.

Face up or down
Pillows on top for lying on your back, pillows off and the opening clear for lying on your front. The covers unzip for washing and there is an attachment strip behind the backrest to hold them.
