We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Charcoal terry cloth stitched into a grid over high density foam, with no timber frame anywhere inside. Thirty-nine inches wide, 36 deep and 31 high, with a 22.5 inch seat depth, an 18 inch seat height and armrests 8.5 inches across. The maker prints 352 lb on its own panel.
A 39 inch armchair is fine in the room and a problem in the hallway. Built chairs cannot be made smaller, and turning one on its side to get past a bannister is where the damage usually happens.
There is no frame, so the whole chair is compressed and rolled for shipping. The maker's own panel shows three steps: open, remove the film, and leave it for 72 hours to become a full sized armchair.
A deep charcoal that hides everyday marks, in a looped terry cloth. The stitched grid runs across the arms, the back and the seat and keeps the block shape sharp.

Set against a pale wall with daylight from the right. With no legs, the chair sits lower and heavier in the room than a framed armchair of the same width, which is what gives it the settled look. The grid stitching catches shadow across the arms.
Thirty-nine inches wide, 36 deep, 31 high. Seat 22.5 inches deep and 21.5 across at 18 inches off the floor. Arms 8.5 inches wide and 24 high. Back cushion 13.5 inches. The panel also prints the 352 lb capacity and the 72 hour rebound time.

The unpacking sequence in three frames: open the package, take off the compression film, let the chair rest for 72 hours. There is nothing to screw together and no legs to fit, which is the whole reason a chair this wide can arrive in a single carton.
The manufacturer's static rating, printed on its own dimension panel.
Inside the standard 21 to 24 inch band, suited to roughly average adult height.
Middle of the usual 17 to 19 inch range, so getting out of it is not a struggle.
Broad enough for a laptop, a plate or a book, which a slim arm cannot do.
The only structure in the chair. There is no timber or steel frame inside it at all.
Vacuum compressed into one carton, then 72 hours on a flat floor to reach full shape.

A rolled carton solves the doorway, the landing and the lift in one go.
Charcoal terry cloth hides daily marks better than a pale colour, which matters on a chair with no removable cover.
A 22.5 inch seat to sit right back into and 8.5 inch arms wide enough to take a laptop.

The structure is high density foam and a stitched grid rather than timber, so it will soften with use in the way any foam does. No density figure is published and no lifespan is claimed. What it buys you is a chair that fits through a door it otherwise would not.
It is a looped fabric, the same family as towelling, so it is breathable and soft rather than smooth. Loops can catch on claws, so it is worth thinking about if a cat shares the room.
That is the maker's own figure for full rebound after the compression film comes off. It is the minimum rather than an exact time. Cold slows it, and the chair will keep filling out a little past the three days.
At 39 inches wide it will not go through most interior doors upright, which is why it ships rolled and is opened in the room it will live in. Decide where it goes before removing the compression film.
