The thatch disappears after sunset
A thatched umbrella is the centrepiece of a pool deck by day and an unlit lump once the sun goes, and stringing lights through straw is awkward.
Lights inside the frame
96 RGB beads sit in the frame and run through twelve modes from a controller, charged by the solar panel on top.
Eight feet of thatch straight across covers a six seat table, and the thatch edge sits 7.1 feet up.
Lit at night
Lit in colour over a lounge set after dark, the light coming through the thatch.
