Description
x8 FT Pre-Lit Christmas Tree with Remote Controlled Colour Changing LEDs
A remote matters more at this height. Reaching a switch behind eight feet of foliage means moving furniture, so a handset that changes colour from a sofa is a practical feature rather than a novelty one.

Eight feet, four across
8 ft of height on a 4.2 ft spread. Category guidance asks for about a foot of clear air above the tip, so a nine foot room once the stand lifts it and a topper is added. The spread is modest for the height.
The nine modes, named
The list is published in full: warm white steady on, colour steady on, warm white slow fade, colour slow fade, warm white and colour slow flash, warm white and colour quick flash, warm white and colour slow fade, warm white and colour slow bright and fade, and combination. Six of the nine mix warm white with colour rather than choosing one, which is unusual on a tree at this price.
Three sections on an eight foot tree
Three parts plus the stand, which keeps each piece short enough for one person to lift. Hinged branches stay on the pole and fold out as the section rises, so the assembly itself is quick even at this height.
What warm white looks like at this size
Worth seeing next to the coloured shots. On warm white the tree reads traditional and the height is what registers. On colour it becomes the light source for the whole room.

Frequently asked questions
How many branch tips and bulbs does it have?
We do not print a figure. The manufacturer describes the tree as full bodied with many branch tips but publishes no count for either, and we will not estimate one.
What ceiling height does it need?
Balsam Hill's guide asks for at least 12 inches between the tip and the ceiling, so a nine foot room once the stand lifts it and a topper is added.
What are the nine lighting modes?
Warm white steady on, colour steady on, warm white slow fade, colour slow fade, warm white and colour slow flash, warm white and colour quick flash, warm white and colour slow fade, warm white and colour slow bright and fade, and combination.
How is it different from the 6 ft and 7 ft sizes?
The lighting is the same across all three. The spreads are 3.1 ft, 3.7 ft and 4.2 ft. This listing is the 8 ft.
