One face of this table's base is hinged. It swings open on a 24.5 in gap, the tank stands upright inside on the frame, and the panel closes over it in matching wicker. From the outside the table looks solid on all four sides.

Three corner units, two armless units, a glass topped coffee table and the fire table. Each armless seat is 25.5 in across and 29.5 in deep, each corner unit 29.5 in square, and every seat sits 16.5 in from the ground with a 4 in cushion on top of it.

Open the side, load the tank

The panel lifts away to a 24.5 in opening that takes a standard 20 lb cylinder. The manufacturer prints the three step sequence on the same panel. Attach the flow valve to the tank, lay the lava rocks in without burying the stainless steel, then turn the knob and press ignite.

Fire at night, table by day

The burner opening is 19.5 in square and takes a removable metal lid. With the lid on you have a flat 35 in surface for coffee and plates. That is why the manufacturer describes it in two parts, a 50000 BTU fire pit and a patio coffee table.

Underneath the wicker

Three things the manufacturer chooses to show rather than describe. Weather resistant PE rattan on the outside, an anti rust steel frame carrying the weight, and aluminium foot pads at the corners so the feet are not the part that corrodes first on a damp patio.

What size propane tank does it take?

A standard 20 lb cylinder, the same one a gas barbecue uses. It is not included, and it goes in through the hinged side panel rather than sitting outside the table.
