Description
x7 FT Slim Pencil Christmas Tree, 2.5 FT Wide, 700 PVC Tips with Folding Iron Base, Unlit
Seven hundred tips on a 2.5 foot frame is where this range starts to look properly full rather than merely neat. The tree stands 7 feet, weighs about 9 pounds, and comes unlit on a folding iron base.

Seven feet in a room that has no four feet to give
Full profile trees claim the floor
A standard seven foot tree spreads about four feet at the base. In a flat, a narrow lounge or a hallway, that means an armchair moved out and a month of walking round it sideways.
Two and a half feet instead
This one holds the full seven feet on a 2.5 foot spread. At about nine pounds one person can carry it in, and the 700 tips are enough that it reads as a tree rather than a stick.
Seven feet by two and a half
Seven feet of height on a 2.5 foot spread. Guides normally put a tree's width at more than half its height, which at seven feet would be nearly four. This one is well under that, and it is the reason the shape exists. Allow a clear circle of three feet.
Three steps, no tools
Connect the base to the bottom section, attach the rest, then fluff. That is the whole job. The manufacturer's step three is the one that matters: 700 tips pulled out and bent upward is what turns a folded column into a tree.
What it takes to dress
Fewer ornaments than a full tree, which is worth knowing before you buy a box of them. On a narrow tree the pieces hang in a column and each one shows, so a smaller number of larger ornaments usually reads better than a hundred small ones.
What you get
2.5 ft footprint
Around two thirds the width of a full profile tree at this height, which is a foot and a half saved on each side.
700 branch tips
Counted by the manufacturer, and enough on a narrow frame to keep the pole out of sight.
Folding iron base
Rust proof metal with a protective plastic pad, which matters more as a pencil tree gets taller.
About 9 lb
Light for seven feet, so one person can carry, build and store it without help.
Three step setup
Base, sections, fluff. Nothing needs a tool and nothing has to be hooked on by hand.
Unlit
No factory string, so the colour and the density are yours and can change from year to year.

Who is this perfect for?
Apartments and condos
Full height without losing the walkway, which is the trade every small home has to make.
People with their own lights
Nothing fitted, so warm white one year and colour the next costs a string rather than a tree.
Second rooms
A landing, a bedroom or a home office takes seven feet of tree where a full one would block a door.
What we stand behind
- The 700 tip count, the 7 ft by 2.5 ft size and the roughly 9 lb weight all come from the manufacturer's own specification list, and the tip count is repeated on their own panel.
- The tree is unlit, so nothing is claimed about lighting or certification.
- The maker's own photograph carries a note that the decorations shown are not included.
- Ships from our Canadian or United States warehouse, free shipping over $150, and 14 day returns unused in the original packaging.
Frequently asked questions
How much floor space does it need?
Two feet six inches across, so a clear patch of about three feet. Sizing guides suggest leaving around a foot above the tip for a topper, which puts a seven foot tree comfortably under a standard eight foot ceiling.
Is 700 tips enough at this height?
On a 2.5 foot frame, yes. A narrow tree has far less surface to cover than a four foot wide one, so 700 tips read as a full column rather than a sparse cone. Spreading every tip properly is what decides it.
Does it come with lights?
No. It is unlit, so the colour, the count and the spacing are yours, and a failed string in a later year never means replacing the tree.
How does it store?
Sections stack, branches fold in against the pole and the base folds flat. At about nine pounds it goes on a shelf. Keep it somewhere cool and dry rather than an unheated garage.
