Does it come with lights?

No. The manufacturer's own photograph is labelled no lights included. On black foliage warm white shows up strongly and orange reads well for Halloween, so having the choice is useful rather than a drawback.

Can it really be used for both Halloween and Christmas?

That is how the manufacturer presents it, and the photographs show it both ways: with pumpkins and gourds in one, with baubles and warm lights in another. The tree itself does not change, only what goes on and around it.

How much floor space does it need?

Four point three feet across at the widest branches, so a clear circle of about five feet. At 7.5 feet tall it suits a 9 foot ceiling, or an 8 foot one with a flat topper.

Will the black fade?

The manufacturer states the PVC is environmentally friendly, odourless and crush resistant, but publishes no fade or UV rating, so we make no claim on that. Keeping any coloured tree out of direct sunlight and storing it somewhere cool and dry is the general advice.
