Description
x69 Inch Pine and Birch Cat Tower with Large Condo, Sisal Ramp and Washable Mats, Gray
Nearly six feet of pine and birch, with a long sisal covered ramp running from the base to the condo door instead of a jump. The condo measures 14 by 15.5 by 11.5 inches and the top perch carries a 3.5 inch thick cushion.
69 in tallSisal ramp33 lb per layer3.5 in top cushionHook and loop mats
Pale pine and birch panels with charcoal mats and a dark sisal ramp leaning up to the condo door.
Taller than most people expect
The maker puts a 5 foot 8 inch silhouette beside it, which is the honest way to show 69 inches. The base is 23.5 by 19 inches, the condo opening 8.5 inches, and each layer carries a 33 lb load.
Fully covered, not partly
The maker sets its fully covered posts against the partly covered ones common elsewhere, and the long ramp is faced with a sisal mat along its whole length. A cat climbing to the condo scratches the whole way up.
What each tier is for
A condo for resting, roomy platforms with soft cushions for jumping onto, and the top perch with its cat bed. On a tower this tall the platforms in the middle matter most, because that is where a cat actually spends the day.
Wood, finished
Natural pine and birch with a polishing treatment, which the maker describes as smooth and free of burrs. The mats are held on with hook and loop fasteners, so they come off for washing and go back on square.

Who is this perfect for?
Cats that will not jump
A ramp the full height of the lower section turns the climb into a walk. On a 69 inch tower that is the difference between using the condo and looking at it.
Larger cats
A 14 by 15.5 inch condo and a 16.5 by 15.5 inch top perch with 3.5 inches of cushion, on a base nearly two feet square.
Households that want the tree to last
Solid pine and birch with detachable mats. The soft parts wash and the frame wipes, rather than the fabric and the board being one piece.
