Description
x5 FT Pre-Lit White Birch Twig Tree with 72 LED Lights and Bendable Branches
Five feet of bare white branches rather than needles, with 72 LEDs wound along them and a trunk printed with birch bark markings. Every branch bends and holds its shape, so the outline is yours to set. It stands on an 8 by 8 inch base and runs at 12 volts through a UL certified adapter on a 7.2 ft cord.

A tree that only works in December
Most holiday decor is packed away by January
A green tree with baubles is finished the moment the season ends. It goes in a box for eleven months, and the room goes back to having nothing in that corner.
Bare branches read as winter, not Christmas
A white birch with warm lights is a winter piece rather than a Christmas one. Take the ornaments off after New Year and it still belongs in the room through the dark months, which is a longer life than a decorated fir gets.
Five feet, on an eight inch square
The tree stands 5 ft tall on an 8 by 8 inch base, which is a remarkably small footprint for the height. The branch spread is wide at the top and open in the middle, so it reads as a tree without filling the corner.
Bark, branches and base
Three details carry it. The trunk is printed with the black flecks and peeling texture of real birch bark. The branches are on wire cores, so they bend and stay where you put them. The base is a flat plastic plate that sits under a rug or a tree collar.
Unlit by day, lit by night
This pair is the honest view of a twig tree. Unlit it is a white sculptural shape in the corner. Lit, the 72 bulbs pick out the ends of the branches, which is what gives it the frosted look people buy it for.
What you get
72 LED lights
Wound along the branches at the factory, in a warm tone.
Bendable branches
Wire cored, so the shape can be opened out or drawn in.
Printed bark trunk
White with dark flecks, the way real birch bark reads across a room.
Low voltage
120V in, 12V out, through an adapter the manufacturer states is UL certified.
7.2 ft cord
Long enough to move the tree around the corner it stands in.
Small base
An 8 by 8 inch plate, so it takes almost no floor for a five foot piece.

Frequently asked questions
Can it go outside on a porch?
One of the manufacturer's photographs shows it beside a doorway in the snow, but no outdoor or weather rating is published for it. Health Canada advises that decorations rated for indoor use stay indoors, so we would treat this as an indoor piece or keep it fully under cover and dry.
Will the branches hold ornaments?
Light ones. The branches are wire cored and bend upward to hold a hook, which suits small glass drops, paper stars or ribbons. Do not hang heavy glass on a twig tree.
How far does the cord reach?
7.2 ft from the tree to the adapter, running at 12 volts. That is enough to get around a corner to a socket in most rooms.
How do I clean it?
The manufacturer says a clean cloth. Wipe the trunk and the branches gently and let it dry fully before it goes back in the box.
