We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Five feet tall and 2.5 feet across, with fibre optic strands pre-installed on every branch that cycle through seven named colours. The tree itself needs no assembly at all: only the stand does.

Five feet tall on a 2.5 foot spread. That is a full cone shape rather than a slim one, which is unusual for a fibre optic tree and means it reads as a proper tree in daylight as well as a light display at night.
The maker names all seven: red, blue, green, purple, yellow, white and warm white. Each fibre glows at its tip and the whole set cycles together, so the tree changes as a single object rather than twinkling in patches. The plug is certified to UL588, the standard for seasonal lighting.

The fibres are pre-installed on every branch, which is why there is no light string to wind on and nothing visible when the tree is off. The 170 PVC tips are dense enough to give the cone its shape and to hide the fibre runs completely.
Unlit it is an ordinary green cone with no wiring showing anywhere. Lit in a dark room it is a colour display. The manufacturer's side by side is the fairest way to decide whether the daytime version earns its corner, because that is the one you see most.

A full cone shape, on a high density plastic stand.
Dense PVC needles with fibre optic strands pre-installed through them.
Red, blue, green, purple, yellow, white and warm white, cycling.
The fibres are already fitted; only the stand needs putting together.
Light enough for one person to carry, set up and store alone.
Certified to the seasonal lighting standard, with an adapter included.

Found it cheaper at a Canadian retailer? Send us the link and we will match that price. It has to be the same item, in stock, sold and shipped inside Canada, and compared like for like on what comes in the box.
Five feet on a 2.5 foot base suits a flat, a hall or a bedroom, and it works well as the children's tree in a house that already has a main one.
The tree needs no assembly at all, which is rare. Build the stand, stand the tree in it, plug it in. There is no string to test, nothing to untangle and nothing to hook on.

A light unit in the base feeds colour up thin plastic fibres that are pre-installed along every branch, and each fibre glows at its tip. There are no bulbs on the branches and no string anywhere, which is why the tree looks completely plain when it is off.
The manufacturer does not publish a mode list, a remote or a steady setting, so we cannot promise one. Treat it as a tree that cycles through its seven colours whenever it is switched on.
UL 588 is the North American safety standard for seasonal and holiday decorative products, which covers lighting of this type. The manufacturer states the plug is certified to it.
Almost none. The fibres are pre-installed, so the tree itself needs no assembly. Only the plastic stand has to be put together, and the tree stands in it.
No. Fibre optic light is diffuse and gentle rather than strong. It is an atmosphere tree, and it shows best in a room that is already dim.
Small and light ones. Every bauble that covers a cluster of fibre tips removes some of the effect, which is the opposite of what happens on a bulb lit tree, so keep the decoration sparse.
