Description
x43 Inch Pear Wood Cat Tree with House Shaped Condo, 17 Inch Perch and Jute Posts, Green
The condo here is built as a little house with a pitched green roof and two 8 inch entries, so a cat can go in one side and out the other. It hangs off a real pear wood trunk beside a 17 inch padded perch, on a base 31 by 24 inches.

A pitched roof cat house in sage green and oatmeal, slung between two bare pear wood trunks on a curved green base.
Wider than it is tall, at the bottom
The base runs 31 by 24 inches under a 43 inch tree. That is an unusually wide footprint, and it is what lets the condo hang out to one side of the trunk without the whole thing wanting to lean.
Two ways in, one way through
The house has an entry on each side, so a cat is never shut in with one exit. The maker also calls out the weighted base, which on a tree with an off centre condo is the part doing the real work.
Jute on the trunk itself
A band of jute rope is wrapped around the pear wood rather than around a separate post. The cat climbs the trunk and scratches the same piece of wood it is standing on, which is about as close to the real thing as indoor furniture gets.

Who is this perfect for?
Cats that dislike a dead end
Two entries mean a cat inside can always see a way out. For a nervous cat that is the difference between a den and a trap.
Rooms with real wood
Bare pear wood trunks with the bark shape still on them. Beside an oak floor or a wooden bed frame this reads as a piece of the room rather than an intrusion.
