Lime green teddy fleece with mustard cushions, a bristled arch across the middle and large artificial palm leaves on a bendable stem.
Thirty one inches, three levels
The top perch is 11 inches across at 31 inches, the condo below is about 12 by 11 with an 8.5 by 6.5 inch doorway, and the base runs 13 by 19. Three levels in a footprint smaller than a bath mat, which is most of the appeal of a tree this size.
An arch to walk under
The groomer is a curved bristle bar mounted across the frame, low enough for a cat to walk under and rub along. Cats use them without any encouragement at all, and it takes the loose coat off at the tree rather than onto the sofa.
A perch with two ears
The top perch is cut with a raised curve at the back, which gives a cat something to press against rather than a flat disc at head height. Below it the condo is a full drum with one door, so the tree covers both watching and hiding.
Leaves you can bend
The palm fronds sit on a bendable stem, so they can be turned toward the room or tucked back against a wall. They are decoration rather than a toy, so they stay put.

Who is this perfect for?
Cats that shed
A groomer the cat operates itself gets used daily, which is more than can be said for most brushes bought with good intentions.
Small flats
A perch, a condo and a groomer inside a footprint of 13 by 19 inches, which fits beside a sofa rather than instead of one.
Plant filled rooms
Palm fronds on a bendable stem sit among real houseplants without immediately reading as pet furniture.
