Will the cushions blow off?
The seat cushion has two straps that tie it to the frame and slings underneath to stop it sliding. The back cushions rest against the frame. In a real blow, or before a storm, take them inside anyway. That is true of every outdoor cushion.
How big is the table, really?
Thirty six inches long, 19.5 in deep and 19 in high. That holds a tray, two mugs and a plate each. The seat sits at 14 in with a 4 in cushion on it, so the top lands about an inch above where you are sitting, which is where a coffee table should be.
What is olefin?
A synthetic fibre used widely for outdoor cushions. The manufacturer's own panel calls it lightweight, durable, fade resistant and easy to clean. We have no independent test data for it, so we quote the maker rather than promise anything.
Can it stay out through a Canadian winter?
The steel frame and mesh table will take it if the powder coating stays intact. Watch for chips and touch them up, because bare steel under a coating is where rust starts. Bring the cushions in dry and store them somewhere ventilated.
