Lights are not lights
A glowing bike is still a dark bike
A frame strip and light up wheels look like a safety feature, and parents reasonably read them that way. They are decoration with a side benefit, and they will not do the job of a road legal front and rear light on an unlit street.
Treat them as visibility, not illumination
The lights make the bike easier to notice from the side at dusk, which is genuinely useful on a driveway or a path. If the ride runs into real darkness, add a proper white front light and a red rear light. The maker publishes no battery type, run time or charging method for any of these lights, so we do not claim one.
The bike
A reinforced carbon steel frame in blue with an LED strip down the top tube, a headlight, a tail light, an enclosed chain guard and two training wheels that light up as they spin.
The maker's dimensions table
The 16 inch row reads: a saddle of 23 to 26 inches, an inseam of 21 to 24 inches, riders 41.3 to 51.2 inches tall, ages 4 to 7 and a 145 lb load capacity. The panel also gives the bike as 48 inches long and 21.5 inches wide, with a saddle 9 inches long and 5.5 inches wide.
How far the saddle moves
The maker stacks three saddle positions in one photograph to show the range, which runs 23 to 26 inches. Set it low enough that both feet go flat before the first ride, then raise it a little at a time.
What is on this bike
Saddle 23 to 26 in
Three inches of travel on the 16 inch and four on the 18.
145 lb load capacity
The maker prints the same figure for both sizes here.
7 colours, 7 modes
One button cycles the frame strip through seven colours and seven patterns.
Lights that need no switch
The training wheels glow brighter the faster they spin, so they work whenever the bike is moving.
Two brakes
A hand lever and a rear coaster brake, with the chain fully enclosed.

Who is this perfect for?
Riders 41.3 to 51.2 in tall
The maker's height band for this wheel size. Check the 23 inch saddle floor against the child's inseam.
Children who want to be seen
The lights are a styling feature first. They are not a substitute for a proper front and rear light if the ride runs into the dark.
Heavier or taller riders
145 lb of load capacity is well above the usual figure for a bike this size.
What we stand behind
- The suitable age, rider height, saddle height, overall size and 145 lb load capacity here are the manufacturer's own published figures for the 16 in.
- The manufacturer states ASTM and CPSIA compliance and prints CPSC with CPSIA and ASTM marks on their dimensions panel. We repeat that as their claim and quote no certificate number, because none is published.
- No helmet is included. A helmet belongs on every ride, and eight Canadian provinces have helmet legislation, three of them for riders under 18.
- This is a bike for supervised riding on paths, driveways and parks, never on a road.
- The LED strip and the light up wheels are a visibility aid, not a headlight system. They do not replace proper lights for riding after dark.
- Ships from a Canadian warehouse, free shipping over $150, and 14 day returns unused in the original packaging.

What rider does the 16 inch fit?
41.3 to 51.2 inches tall with an inseam of 21 to 24 inches.
How do the lights work?
One button cycles the frame strip through seven colours and seven modes. The training wheels light up as they spin, brighter the faster they go.

How much assembly is there?
The maker's own panel says 95 percent pre-assembled.
