The bike
A solid metal frame in purple with an enclosed chain guard, a quick release seat clamp and two detachable training wheels.
The maker's dimensions table
The 16 inch row gives riders 41.3 to 51.2 inches tall, an inseam of 20 to 23.5 inches, a saddle of 21 to 24.5 inches and 110 lb at the seat. The note under the table asks you to measure the inseam and compare it with the saddle height.
Quick release, both ends
A lever at the seat clamp takes the saddle across 21 to 24.5 inches, and the bars cover 31.5 to 32.5 inches. No tools, so the height can follow a growth spurt the week it happens.
