We can ship to anywhere in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The 20% to 90% humidity band is what separates this from a household machine. You can ask it to dry framing and concrete out properly, not just hold a room at a comfortable level. It moves 237 CFM, is rated 155 pints a day at 95F and 90% RH or 57 pints on the 2019 DOE test, and the manufacturer lists it as CSA certified.
Household machines set no lower than about 30%, because that is all a living room ever needs. Put one in a crawl space after a leak and it reaches its floor while the joists above it are still holding water.
The target range runs from 20% to 90%, and continuous drying mode ignores the target altogether and simply runs. With 237 CFM behind it, that is what moves construction moisture out of timber and concrete rather than just taking the edge off the air.
The blue and black cabinet is sheet metal and ABS, 23 by 15 by 14 inches, and it weighs 79.5 lbs with a handle at each end. It runs from a standard outlet at 6.6A, which is modest for a machine this size, and the manufacturer rates it to 1,900 sq ft.

Carry it in by the two handles. Thread the levelling feet up or down until it sits flat. Pull the mesh out of the intake every few weeks, rinse it, put it back. That is the whole ownership routine. There is no tank to empty, no filter cartridge to reorder and nothing to unclip and lose in the dark.
Hanging keeps the machine out of the dust and above anything that pools on a crawl space floor, and it keeps the walking route clear. Standing on the four feet is quicker and fine where the ground is dry. The cabinet is 14 inches tall either way, which is the dimension to check against your joists. Hanging hardware is chosen to suit your own framing and the 79.5 lb weight.

The panel unplugs and runs on a 32.8 ft cable so it can be screwed to a wall where people walk past it. The number it shows is the live humidity under the floor. Three modes sit behind it: auto to hold a target, continuous drying to run flat out, and sleep for quieter running. The 24 hour timer sets a start or a stop.
The manufacturer lists this model as CSA certified. That is the Canadian electrical safety mark, worth having on a machine you intend to leave installed.
155 pints a day at 95F and 90% RH, 140 at 86F and 80%, 80 at 80F and 60%, and 57 on the 2019 DOE test.
Airflow decides whether the far corner of a crawl space gets treated at all. The manufacturer rates coverage to 1,900 sq ft.
The manufacturer credits auto defrost for allowing low temperature operation. It clears frost from the coil so airflow is not choked.
Power cut, and it resumes on your own settings. In a space you check twice a year, that is the feature that earns its keep.
A 9.8 ft hose for gravity drainage is in the box, and there is an interface for an external condensate pump, which is not included.
115V, 60Hz, 6.6A rated and 8.3A maximum, on a 9.2 ft cord. A standard grounded Canadian outlet, ideally one it does not share.
The cabinet is sheet metal and ABS. It is a service space machine, and it is built to be carried, dropped and left.

The 20% floor and continuous drying mode are the two things that make this a drying machine rather than a comfort appliance.
A 14 inch cabinet rated to 1,900 sq ft, with the panel on a long cable so you do not have to go back down to it.
Boxes, timber and tools kept under a house or in a garage suffer long before anyone notices. Holding the space steady is what stops it.
Auto defrost extends how cold it can usefully work, but a compressor machine still struggles near freezing. A desiccant unit is the answer there.

Because water removal depends entirely on the air you point it at. 155 pints a day is measured at 95F and 90% relative humidity, 140 at 86F and 80%, 80 at 80F and 60%, and 57 on the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%. The US Department of Energy moved to that cooler test because it is closer to a basement. Compare DOE figures between brands and the numbers suddenly make sense.
Yes. The target range runs from 20% to 90%, which is wider than a household unit. The low end is for drying a building out, not for living in. Health Canada advises keeping an occupied home between 30% and 50% relative humidity, so once the space is dry, bring the setting back up.
No. The 9.8 ft hose supplied drains by gravity and needs a drain, sump or downhill run below the machine. There is an interface for an external condensate pump if you have nowhere lower, and that pump is a separate purchase.
Yes. It is 115V, 60Hz, drawing 6.6A rated and 8.3A maximum, on a 9.2 ft cord. A standard grounded household outlet is correct. Plug it straight into the wall and keep other heavy loads off the same circuit.
