This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Fourteen slats set 2.6 inches apart, which is inside the three inch gap most foam mattress makers ask for. The coffee stained rubberwood frame measures 74.5 by 53.5 by 14 inches and carries a standard 54 by 75 inch Double mattress, rated to 500 lb.
Foam has no internal springs to bridge a gap. On a deck with wide slats it settles into every space between the boards. Most foam mattress warranties are written to say so.
This frame publishes its slat gap at 2.6 inches across fourteen slats. That sits under the three inch figure foam and hybrid makers commonly quote, so the mattress is carried rather than bridged.
Darker than the natural version and warmer than a black metal frame. Ten legs, fourteen pale slats, no headboard.

The panel puts a figure on the slat gap: 2.6 inches. Foam and hybrid mattress makers commonly ask for no more than three inches, so a foam mattress sits on this deck without dropping between the boards. Innerspring mattresses tolerate wider gaps and are fine here too.
74.5 inches long, 53.5 inches wide, 14 inches tall. The mattress it takes is a 54 by 75 inch Double. Published capacity for the whole frame is 500 lb.

Adhesive strips and hook and loop fasteners both appear on the slats. Both are there for the same reason: a mattress on a bare slatted deck will otherwise creep toward the foot of the bed. The manufacturer also states the assembled frame is noise free.
There is no headboard and no footboard, so the bed stops at the mattress line. In a room where the bed has to go under a window or beside a desk, that is the difference between fitting and not fitting.

The gap is measured on the manufacturer's own panel.

Published for the assembled frame.
