Yes, with the 2.4G remote. It needs two 1.5 V AAA batteries and the manufacturer notes they are not included. Both modes use the same soft start.
Will it arrive in one box?
No. The maker states two cartons which may not arrive on the same day. If only one appears, wait for the second before getting in touch.
