A lot of outdoor tables are sold as eight seaters on paper. In practice there is not enough edge, so the two people on the inside of each side end up eating with their arms pinned.
Seventy five inches of edge

Will eight adults really fit?
Yes, three down each long side and one at each end. Everyday dining guides allow 24 in to 27 in of table edge per person, and three places across 75 in works out near 25 in each. For a formal setting with wider spacing you would seat six and use the ends for serving.
What colour is the furniture itself?
Grey. The canopy is turquoise, the weave is mixed grey PE rattan and the tabletop and armrests are acacia wood. The written colour field on this record says mix brown, which the photography contradicts.
Does the base need filling?
Yes. It is a hollow 36.5 in square tray 6 in deep that takes sand or water, neither of which is supplied. Sand gives more weight for the same volume and does not need draining before a hard freeze.
How far apart do the chairs need to sit?
The chairs are 22 in deep and 23.5 in across the arms. Outdoor layout guides ask for 24 in to 30 in of clear floor behind each chair to push back, and 36 in where someone walks behind a seated guest.
