Where the pole ends up
A centre pole takes the table
A market umbrella's pole runs through the middle of the table, so the centre is lost and the shade cannot move.
Post to one side
This post stands beside the table and the arm reaches the canopy over it. Rotate it on the pedal and tilt it with the button as the day goes on.

How high is it?
8.3 feet overall and 7.2 feet under the canopy, per the drawing, with a 10 foot canopy.
What base does it need?
The 40 inch cross base is included. The drawing recommends adding a 220 lb cantilever base, sold separately. That is a lot of ballast, and it is there because the canopy hangs off to one side of the post.
Does navy show dirt?
Less than the paler colours. No UPF figure is published for the fabric.
How is it opened?
With a crank handle; a fixing strap keeps it closed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
